- Incorrect visa or junior tags — include the listing link; we use automated tagging and appreciate corrections.
- Newsletter — trouble confirming, unsubscribing, or missing digests (include the address you subscribed with).
- Employer listings — questions about posting a job or updating an existing post.
- Privacy & data — resume deletion requests or other privacy questions (see also our Privacy Policy).
- Partnerships & feedback — suggestions for new sources, features, or bugs you noticed on mobile/desktop.
Before you email
We cannot help with individual application status, interview scheduling, or visa eligibility—that must go to the hiring company or a qualified adviser. For unsubscribe requests, use the link in any newsletter email first; it works immediately without waiting for a reply.
