Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
By accessing or using AnywhereHired (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we provide
The Site aggregates and displays job-related information to help you discover opportunities. We may offer tools such as search, categories, optional resume matching, and email alerts. We strive to keep listings useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that any role remains open.
No employment or immigration advice
AnywhereHired is not an employer, recruiter, or law firm. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, or visa outcomes. “Visa sponsorship” labels and similar fields reflect information from sources or employers and may be incomplete or change. Always verify requirements with the employer and qualified professionals.
Third-party sites
Listings often link to external career pages or application systems. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
Your content
If you post a job, subscribe to alerts, or upload a resume, you confirm you have the right to provide that information and that it is not unlawful or misleading. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display what you submit as needed to run the Site (for example storing a PDF for matching or publishing an approved job post).
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
- attempting to access non-public areas, other users’ data, or our systems without permission;
- overloading or disrupting the Site or scraping in a way that harms service or violates applicable rules;
- uploading malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.
We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the Site or other users.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Job descriptions and logos may belong to employers or original publishers. Do not reuse scraped or aggregated data in a way that violates their rights or applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnywhereHired and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of zero or what you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim (the Site is currently free for job seekers).
Changes to the Site or these terms
We may change features or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be noted by updating the “Last updated” date above.
